• Account Credentials: Your name, email address, hashed passwords, and authentication tokens required to create and manage your Divido AI account.
• Creative Prompts & Uploads: Text prompts entered into our video generators, presentation topics, PowerPoint files (.pptx), uploaded reference images, and video clips provided for editing and dubbing.
• Audio & Voice Samples: Spoken audio recordings uploaded for video voice synchronization, dubbing, or voice cloning workflows.
• Usage Analytics: Anonymized interaction logs, generation duration metrics, template selections, and browser telemetry used to improve system stability.

02. How We Use Your Information

Divido AI processes user content strictly to fulfill the generative media and editing actions you request:

• Model Inference & Video Synthesis: Routing prompts to AI video generation pipelines and multimodal APIs.
• AI Presentation Synthesis: Parsing topics and slide outlines into structured presentation decks, bullet points, speaker notes, and downloadable PowerPoint decks.
• Video Post-Production & Dubbing: Executing automated clip-splitting, multi-track audio alignment, video speed modification, and timeline rendering on our cloud workers.
• Account Security: Preventing automated scraping, mitigating abuse, and enforcing API rate limits.

We store generated assets in accordance with clear lifecycle parameters:

• Saved Projects: Your presentation decks, timeline compositions, and rendered export links remain accessible in your account until you delete them.
• Ephemeral Encoding Files: Intermediate FFmpeg video segments, extracted vector images, and demuxed audio buffers are automatically deleted from server scratch disks immediately following task completion.
• Account Deletion: If you delete your account, your projects, stored assets, and profile credentials are permanently purged from active databases within 30 days.

We protect your media and data using multi-layered enterprise safeguards:

• In Transit: Forced TLS 1.3 encryption across all public interfaces and internal API microservices.
• At Rest: Sensitive configurations, API provider secrets, and credentials are encrypted using authenticated AES-256-GCM.
• Isolation: High-throughput rendering workers operate in isolated background sandboxes with process timeouts and restricted network access.
