To safeguard our community and prevent harm, you agree not to use Divido AI to generate, upload, transmit, or distribute any content that:

• Depicts non-consensual sexual content, synthetic adult material, or child sexual exploitation.
• Creates deceptive deepfakes intended to defraud, impersonate, or defame real individuals without consent.
• Incites violence, illegal activities, terrorist propaganda, or discrimination against protected classes.
• Infringes upon any trademark, patent, trade secret, copyright, or privacy rights of any third party.
• Attempts to bypass or reverse-engineer Divido AI API quotas, model weights, or underlying infrastructure.

05. Subscriptions, Credits & Payment Terms

Certain features, higher export resolutions, and generation speeds require a paid subscription or prepaid generation credits:

• Recurring Billing: Paid plans renew automatically on a monthly or annual billing cycle until cancelled via your Account Settings.
• Usage Quotas: Generation credits and API rate limits reset at each renewal interval and do not roll over unless explicitly specified by your plan tier.
• Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except where required by mandatory consumer protection law.
